The Manx Lobster is a registered business name in the Isle of Man. Business Number 028316B

Our factory, The Crab House (Former Toilet Block), Alfred Pier, Port St Mary, Isle of Man, IM9 5EA is registered and fully compliant with the Environmental Health, Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture Isle of Man.

Purchases / Orders

Overseas Orders: Orders can be cancelled or amended (where possible) up until dispatch to the Post Office. Once the order has entered the postal system no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. 

On Island Orders: Orders can be cancelled or amended (where possible) up until 9am Saturday morning. Once the order has been collected or delivered no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. 

Postal Delivery

Obviously by living on our little island we are at the mercy of the weather and Royal Mail to get your orders to you and this can be an issue completely out of our control. If there is ever an issue with the mail not leaving the island for any reason you will be notified as soon as possible to arrange another dispatch day or to have your order refunded.

Royal Mail Tracked 24hr Delivery: By choosing this option you take full responsibility for the parcel once it has been dispatched, there is no insurance offered for this method. If delivery is failed, missed etc. or your parcel was stolen no refund will be given.

Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm Next Day: By choosing this method you assume all responsibility for a signatory to be present upon delivery. If delivery is attempted, failed etc. or stolen no refund will be given.

Refunds

Refunds can be issued for orders cancelled before dispatch (Overseas Orders) or before the order has been collected / delivered (On Island Orders). 

If your order arrives and is incomplete or the box & contents damaged a refund can be claimed (subject to sufficient required evidence and they refund amount will be at our discretion).

Refunds will NOT be given for orders which have already been dispatched, collected or delivered.

Refunds will NOT be given for orders which have been stolen, attempted or failed delivery and not received.
